1. Booking & Service Agreement

By booking any service with Spotless Cleaning Services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and acceptance by the company.


2. Pricing & Scope of Work

  • Prices are based on the information provided by the client (property size, condition, service type).

  • If actual conditions differ significantly, Spotless Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust pricing or service duration with client consent.

  • Services are limited strictly to the agreed scope unless additional services are approved.


3. Cancellation, No-Show & Refusal Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service

  • Less than 24 hours: 30% charge

  • Same-day / team dispatched: 50% charge

  • Refusal on arrival or mid-service cancellation: up to 100% charge

These charges cover manpower, fuel, preparation, and operational costs.


4. Access & Client Responsibility

Clients must:

  • Provide safe and uninterrupted access to the premises

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available

  • Secure pets during service

  • Remove or safeguard valuable, fragile, or sensitive items

Spotless Cleaning Services is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to lack of access or unsafe conditions.


5. Health, Safety & Hygiene Compliance

  • All staff follow UAE health and safety guidelines

  • Cleaning tools and materials are handled hygienically

  • Staff may refuse service if:

    • The environment is unsafe

    • Hazardous materials are present

    • Conditions violate health or labor safety standards

This is aligned with Abu Dhabi occupational safety practices.


6. Damage & Liability Policy

  • Our team takes utmost care; however, Spotless Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Liability, if applicable, is limited to the value of the service provided, not property replacement costs.


7. Service Time & Delays

  • Estimated service times are approximate.

  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs.

  • Spotless Cleaning Services is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.


8. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Advance payments may be required for large or recurring bookings.

  • Failure to settle payment may result in service refusal or account suspension.


9. Respect & Conduct

  • Clients are expected to treat staff with respect and professionalism.

  • Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate service termination without refund.

This aligns with UAE labor protection standards.


10. Complaints & Service Feedback

  • Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours

  • We commit to fair review and reasonable resolution

  • Refunds or re-services are offered at the company’s discretion


11. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Client information is kept confidential

  • Data is used only for service delivery and communication

  • Spotless Cleaning Services complies with UAE data protection principles


12. Force Majeure

The company is not responsible for failure or delay due to:

  • Government restrictions

  • Weather conditions

  • Emergencies

  • Force majeure events


13. Right to Refuse Service

Spotless Cleaning Services reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service for unsafe, illegal, or unethical requests

  • Decline repeat bookings from clients with repeated cancellations or non-payment


14. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
